Shipping policy
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Customer handmade items may take slightly longer – we will let you know if there's a delay.
Shipping carriers and speeds:
We ship via USPS, UPS depending on what's best for your order. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.
Domestic shipping in the United States:
Standard shipping 3 to 7 business days
Local pick up in Savannah Georgia
Damages and lost packages:
If you're item arrives damaged, please contact us within three days with a photo of the item and packaging. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we do everything we can to help track them down.
