Refund policy

Return and exchange policy – We want you to love what you find at Savannah Rocks! If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returns: We accept returns within seven days of delivery
Items must be unused, and original condition, and an original packaging.
Crystals, stones and spiritual tools are often one of a kind and sensitive – so we may not accept returns on certain items unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Custom or sale items are final sales

How to start a return:

  1. Email us at email address with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange.
Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted. Refunds can take up to 5 to 7 business days to process after return approval.
